Firstly, thank you for considering adoption! You can begin the process by submitting an adoption application for the pet you are interested in. Downloadable applications can be found on our website under the “applications” tab. If you have trouble downloading it, please email us!

Next, we will review your application, contact your personal references, and your veterinary references. Please get in touch with your vet’s office ahead of time and allow them to release your records to ensure a smooth process.

Additionally, we will set up a meet and greet between you and the animal you are interested in to make sure it is a good fit. We request all the humans be available for meet and greets to make sure everyone is on the same page. If there are other animals in the home, additional meet and greets are required.

Following this, we allow a trial period in the home to ensure a good fit in your specific environment.

Lastly, you will sign an adoption agreement and pay your adoption fee to finalize your new addition!

Adult dogs from our organization have a $500 adoption fee. All dogs will come spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and up to date on flea and tick treatment.

Puppies have a $600 adoption fee which includes their spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, dewormer, and flea/tick medication.

Adult cats are $200

Kittens are $300 (bonded kittens discounted to $400 for two)

and senior cats are $150

All cats will come spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, up to date on flea/tick medication, and combo tested for FIV/FeLV.

Sponsored animals have no adoption fee! They have been sponsored by a generous local business or supporter who has agreed to pay their adoption fee.

We determine our adoption fees based on animal care we provide. We are a very small organization and do not receive funds from the city or state. We are completely volunteer-run and provide all the funds for medical care, veterinary visits, food, supplies, etc. through donations and adoption fees.

Once your adoption is finalized, you can pay the fee via Venmo, Paypal, cash, check, or make a one-time donation on our website!
